Yes. Our Lightpod uses clinically tested technology and includes multiple safety features, such as a skin contact sensor and adjustable intensity levels.

How often should I use the Lightpod?

For best results, use it 3-4 times a week for the first week, then 2 times a week for the next 3-4 weeks and once weekly for the next month. To maintain your smooth skin you can then use the Lightpod once every 2-3 months.

How soon will I see results?

Most users start seeing noticeable reduction within 2-3 weeks and have no to very little hair left after the 2 moths treatment course. In the first week you may see that some of the hairs are not growing at all. Between 10-14 days after the first session you should notice how the hairs start falling at irregular spots. Can I use the Lightpod on all skin tones and hair colors?

LightPod is most effective on light to medium skin tones with brownish or dark hair. It is less effective on very light blonde, red, or grey hair. Please check our skin tone and hair colour compatibility chart before purchase to see if LightPod is for you.

Can the Lightpod be used on the face or sensitive areas?

Yes, it can be safely used on the face (below the cheekbones) and body, including underarms and pubic zones. Avoid use near eyes or on tattoos.

Absolutely not, most users describe the sensation as a warm snap, and the sound of the exploding hair follicles. It is  painless and much gentler to the skin than waxing, shaving or clinical lasers.
