Warranty, Limitation of Liability, and Force Majeure
All House of Deer products are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and in accordance with the product’s user manual and safety guidelines. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the warranty period, House of Deer will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product at no additional cost to the customer.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, failure to follow instructions, or use for purposes other than those for which the product was designed. Damage caused by using incompatible accessories, power supplies, or spare parts is also excluded from warranty coverage. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, and any claim must be submitted to our customer service team at [insert email] along with photographs or videos showing the fault. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning products for inspection unless otherwise required by law.

House of Deer shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather events, fires, floods, earthquakes, wars, acts of terrorism, armed conflict, labour disputes, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, governmental restrictions, embargoes, transportation disruptions, energy shortages, internet or communication network failures, or the unavailability of raw materials. In the event of such circumstances, our obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the disruption, and we will take reasonable steps to resume performance as soon as practicable.
By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this Warranty, Limitation of Liability, and Force Majeure clause, and that your statutory rights as a consumer under Bulgarian and EU law remain unaffected.
